                                   Eating healthy and delicious

Many people think that eating healthy  is nasty but It isn`t just like everybody think . In this article , you can know how eat healthy and delicious .

First , Everybody  should eat vegetables but not everyone likes, the question is  : Why are vegetables good for our health ?
Well, The vegetables have a lot of vitamine A, which is good for having healthy teeth , bone and soft tissues . Besides , the vegetables have vitamine C , which avoid premature aging and degenerative diseases such as arteriosclerosis, cancer, Alzheimer's disease. 

We have some vegetables , which have a lot of vitamine A:
spinach, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes and carrots 

And these are some vegetables , which have a lot of vitamine C :
cabbage, squash, tomatoes, cauliflower, chard, lettuce, peppers and  parsley

How can the vegetables be delicious ?

We will give you some ideas to eat more vegetables in different preparations. So, eating vegetables will not be bored and find a safe daily time to incorporate into your diet.

- You can eat vegetables en papillote, wrapping them in foil, grilled or broiled meats on skewers with in such Milanese like meat with eggplant or zucchini but in baked puddings, soufflés in high volume and low in calories, in tortillas, or as pie fillings or pasta.

  1. I agree with you that there is a problem with eating vegetables. Many people, especially kids and teenagers, refuse to eat them. For instance, my little cousin who only eats vegetables with mayonnaise. Regarding your strategies for cooking vegetables, I found them very interesting. So let's try to cook in this way.
